TECHNICAL GUIDE TO THE FERRET

 

 

The Generator Panel is available in the following versions;

Irregardless of type the Generator Panel controls the output of the generator/alternator using two carbon piles, one controlling the voltage to between 27.8 and 29.2 volts, and the other controlling the amperage and limiting it to 25 Amps. The generator negative connection is earthed at the generator panel.

The panel has the following fittings;

  • Fuses to protect the charging and indicator light circuits.
  • Two circuit breakers to protect the auxiliary circuits in the even of a fault.
